Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically skilled, and able to ensure smooth studio operations during live and recorded productions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage teleprompting systems during live and recorded shows.
  • Handle floor management duties, including coordinating presenters, guests, and crew during studio sessions.
  • Provide technical support for studio equipment (cameras, lighting, audio, teleprompters, etc.).
  • Assist with studio setup, rehearsals, and production logistics.
  • Ensure studio safety, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in a TV studio or broadcast environment is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of teleprompting systems and studio workflows.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
