  • We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Online Paid Ad Manager/Strategist to join our team.
  • This role involves overseeing and enhancing paid media strategies for both in-house projects and a diverse client portfolio.
  • If you are adept at navigating the complexities of Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other leading ad platforms, we want to hear from you.
  • This position demands a quick learner who can effectively support initiatives driving client campaign success.

Responsibilities

  • Daily account management on Google Ads and other platforms for various clients.
  • Analyze performance data, monitor budget pacing, and identify trend changes.
  • Craft compelling ad and landing page copy.
  • Devise strategies to boost performance across all paid campaigns.
  • Identify testing opportunities and conduct experiments.
  • Research and compile targeted keyword lists, including negative keywords.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments.
  • Manage web analytics dashboards, reports, and highlight crucial points according to client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to address challenges and innovate solutions.
  • Contribute to process innovation, documentation, and the development of training resources.

Desired Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in paid search.
  • Knowledge of paid social ads and other promotional channels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with efficient time and workload management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Creativity and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Google & Microsoft Ads Certifications or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in lead generation is highly advantageous.
