Job Description
- To act as a front-line interface to the internal & external users by resolving queries or complaints in a timely & efficient manner
- Ensure the smooth running of all systems, including anti-virus software, print services and e-mail provision
- Backup and optimize database
- Perform regular system’s health check and capacities studies to ensure optimum performance of servers and network
- Provide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A genuine passion for IT
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships
- Has quick learning approach
- Good communication skills
- Service oriented with an eye for details
