Network Support has to do with everything that keeps an organization’s computer network running, productive, and up-to-date. It is a service that helps to maintain and update a computer network. Technical support services usually provide users with help in solving some common problems rather than providing training on how to use the product.

Network support jobs may require a degree in computer science. Tech support jobs may not necessarily require someone with a degree in computer science, but someone with the needed skills and knowledge.
